Introducing Impact Pro our heavy duty, high performance impact protection panels.
Pro-coustix Impact Pro panels are made from a slow recovery, impregnated foam that has a density over 3 times our standard impact panels, coming in at 90Kg/m3. This high density combined with high tensile strength is the result of a carefully controlled manufacturing process resulting in a black panel that can withstand impact of golf balls.
Pro-coustix Impact pro panels offer up 50% less bounce back when compared to standard impact panels thanks to their increased density. Our panels come in Jet black and can be supplied with a faux leather cover if required.
Benefits of Pro-coustix® Impact Pro panels
Technically advanced foam: Pro-coustix Impact pro panels are made from a heavy duty impregnated foam which is three times as dense as our regular foam panels. This combined with the high tensile strength means these panels will efficiently and effectively absorb the impact of golf panels when mounted on your wall.
Class O Fire rated: Pro-coustix Impact Pro panels are class '0' fire rated and Euro class B this allows them to be installed in any commercial application where higher fire ratings are required.
Reduced installation time : Installing Pro-coustix Impact Pro panels takes a fraction of the time required to mount and install alternative solutions. Impact Pro tiles are installed using our ATAC heavy duty spray adhesive for walls and combined with our cartridge adhesive for ceilings. These panels can also be supplied with a self adhesive backing, further reducing the installation time.
Slimline impact protection : We've managed to manufacture a panel that has twice the performance of regular foam panels at half the thickness. Pro-coustix Impact pro panels are 25mm thick reducing the amount of space they take up when installed in your golf simulator.
Pro-coustix Impact Pro golf simulator panels come in a standard 500x500x25mm size with beveled edges. No special handling equipment is required and panels can be cut on site using a stanley knife to fit any any awkward areas. This flexibility and ease of handling also makes our tiles an attractive option for DIY users a market we are seeing growing exponentially.
